Additional Conditions Iberia.com e-Newsletters

• Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. If you do not provide this information, we will be unable to process your subscription. The details provided using this form will be used solely for the purposes of sending you Iberia's Newsletter on offers.
• The person entering these details has sole and final responsibility for checking the information provided during the process of subscribing as well as any changes that may be made to those details right up until the service has come to an end. Similarly, he/she must be the rightful owner of this information and, where this is not the case, must have the rightful owner's consent to subscribe to this service.
• The owner of the details shall be entitled to exercise his/her access, rectification, cancellation and objection rights as set out under the "Privacy and Legal Information" advice section of the website. In addition, each e-mail sent to him/her will include a simple and free notice about stopping receiving the Newsletter.
• Anyone using an e-mail address that is included in the Iberia Plus Programme file will not be entitled to subscribe to this service.
• Upon subscribing to this service the user accepts that as soon as the e-mail address supplied under this service is added to the Iberia Plus Programme file, the subscription to the Iberia.com e-Newsletter service will automatically be cancelled and all details associated with that address will become part of the Iberia Plus account holder profile.
• Iberia reserves the right to remove all the details pertaining to users who have not read at least one newsletter sent in the previous three months or for those users to whom Iberia has e-mailed no Iberia.com e-Newsletter during a period of less than six months.
• Users subscribed to e-Newsletters must have access to an e-mail service and have it configured such that it will accept HTML format e-mails for the purposes of being able to finalise the process of setting up Iberia.com e-Newsletters and receiving legible information into his/her e-mail address.
